Final get-in and prep for exhibitors. Please ensure that you are ready to receive visitors to your stand by 08.45 latest – the exhibition will open at 09.00 prompt.

08.30 – 09.00 • Hall 3 Foyer • Delegate registration for CRG members
Tea/coffee etc will be served during registration.

09.00 – 15.00 • Hall 3 • 2024 CRG Exhibition
The exhibition will comprise more than 100 stands – see the event app (available approximately two weeks prior to the exhibition) for full details.

15.30 – 16.45 • Ironbridge Suite • 2024 CRG Conference

19.15 – 24.00 • Ironbridge Suite • Gala Dinner & Evening Entertainment
Drinks from 19.15, dinner served at 20.15. Please note: we have not arranged any transport to and from the hotels to the International Centre for the dinner. All the hotels are within walking distance of the International Centre, but if you want to book a taxi (at your own expense) here is a number: Veezu 01952 501050.

Wednesday 19 June 2024 (exhibition build day)

14.00 – 20.00 • Hall 3 • Get-in for exhibitors
When you arive at the security gate at the venue, explain that you are exhibiting at the CRG Exhibition in Hall 3. Once you’ve unloaded your exhibit you will be asked to move your vehicle. You can either move it to the car park at the International Centre or alternatively to the car park at the onsite Holiday Inn or International Hotel if you are staying at one of these hotels.
