Get out times: Thursday 18 June 4.45pm – 8.00pm

EXHIBITION OPENING HOURS

Items can be delivered direct to the venue to arrive on Wednesday 17 June (please ensure your name and stand number is clearly marked on the item(s)).  The address is as follows:-

TRESTLE TABLE & CLOTH
Each exhibitor will be provided with one complimentary 6ft trestle table and cloth.

POWER
Each exhibitor will be supplied with one 500w electrical socket free of charge. Click here for more information about electrics at the show and/or if you need to order an upgrade.

FOOD HYGIENE CERTIFICATE & METHOD STATEMENT
If you intend to carry out food sampling/cooking you will need to provide a food hygiene certificate and method statement (click here to download). If you fail to do this you may not be able to sample/cook at the exhibition.

RISK ASSESSMENT
All exhibitors are required to complete a risk assessment form (click here to download). If you do not complete the form you may not be able to exhibit at the event.
