Surgital are a medium sized family run business based in North East Italy close to the city of Bologna. We are market leaders in our style of product and we are endorsed by the Federation of  Italian Chefs which has more than 20,000 members.

From a site of 61,000sqm we produce the finest range of egg pasta that is pasteurised and frozen. Our range comprises of short pasta, long pasta filled pasta and pasta for oven baking.

Our products are produced to generate a wow factor. The products that we produce have a high ratio of filling to pasta, up to 72%. We buy whole ingredients and prepare them on site enabling us to get large inclusions in our products.
