Changing The Menu. For Good: This pioneering initiative, developed by Visit Belfast, aims to raise funds and provide food supplies for individuals experiencing food poverty within the city. More details about this initiative can be found here.

Packaging & Utensils: We encourage all exhibitors to use recyclable materials for product packaging and serving utensils. In particular, we are asking that recyclable products be prioritized over compostable ones.

Why Recyclable Over Compostable?: Northern Ireland does not have the infrastructure to process compostable materials, meaning they often end up in landfills, making recyclable materials a more sustainable choice.
