Prestige Food create handmade artisan desserts and canapés for the foodservice market, in our BRC grade A facility in County Kerry, Ireland. At Prestige foods we pride ourselves in using the best of local and international ingredients to create products with a focus on quality, consistency and flavour.

Both our sweet and savoury products are blast frozen on the day they are made to ensure maximum freshness and quality for our customers. Our desserts are easy to use and perfect for afternoon teas, dessert assietes, sweet canapés and buffets. Simply remove from their packaging, thaw for three hours in a refrigerator and serve.

All desserts have a neutral or simple decoration to allow chefs to add their own personal flair. Our canapés offer a versatile solution for canapé parties, buffets and afternoon teas. These savoury small bites can be heated quickly and easily taking only seven minutes to heat from chilled or thirteen minutes from frozen.
