Build day is Wednesday 19 June 2024 (14.00 - 20.00*)

Live day is Thursday 20 June 2024 (09.00 - 15.00*)

‘Get out’ is on Thursday 20 June 2024 (15.30 – 20.00*)

On live day the hall will be open from 07.00 for exhibitors who wish to arrive on the day, rather than the previous day. However, please ensure your stand is set by 08.45 – the exhibition is scheduled to open at 09.00 prompt.

Parking

There is plentiful free parking onsite at the International Centre. When you arive at the security gate at the venue, explain that you are exhibiting at the CRG Exhibition in Hall 3. Once you've unloaded your exhibit you will be asked to move your vehicle. You can either move it to the car park at the International Centre or alternatively to the car park at the onsite Holiday Inn or International Hotel if you are staying at one of these hotels.


Other important information

Exhibition deliveries in advance
Please schedule any deliveries in advance to arrive no earlier than Wednesday 19 June 2024. If goods are frozen please ensure they do not arrive before 10.30 (to allow the on-site freezer to get down to temperature).

Please ensure that you include CRG Exhibition, Exhibitor name, Stand Number and if possible a contact name and phone number for someone who will be on the stand.

Hi-vis bibs/jackets
It is a requirement for anyone entering the exhibition hall during build and get out to wear a hi-vis bib or jacket. Thanks for your co-operation on this point.

Fire blankets
If you are using a deep fat fryer please bring a fire blanket with you.

Crockery & cutlery
We are not providing crockery and cutlery - if you are serving food please ensure you bring these items with you (if required), but please ensure these are fully recyclable.

Trestle tables & cloths
You will be provided with one trestle table and cloth as part of your stand.

Wash/prep area
We have made arrangements for potwash facilities for exhibitors, which will be explained when you arrive on site. If you want more information about this in advance of the event please contact Sally Bartrum by email.

Frozen & chilled storage
There will be frozen and chilled storage available onsite for exhibitors to use. Both units are unlikely to be down to temperature before 10.30 on set-up day (19 June). The trailers will be removed from site at around 18.00 on 20 June and as such please ensure any stock is removed by this time. Any stock still in the trailers at this time will be disposed of.

Power to your stand
There will be a complimentary 500w standard power socket on your stand. This will enable you to run, for example, laptop, standard microwave, small fridge, simple stand lighting, etc. You can order further sockets, lighting and additional capacity for an additional cost, payable by your company.
